The Information We Collect About You and Our Process
Personally Identifiable Information. Pollen Insurance Group LLC and our website medigapcoverage.com collects two kinds of personal information. The most important to you, is information that is personally identifiable to you. This is information such as your name, telephone number, email address, home address and social security number. We do not collect personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) unless you decide to provide us with it. You are not required to provide us with Personal Information, but we cannot make available all those services we offer to you without that information. For example, we will need to ask for your contact information if you have requested us to send you information about certain plans or services.
Health Information
Personal Information also includes information on your health. We never ask for and nor do we collect Medical Records from you. Those records stay between you and your doctor. However, if you apply for a health insurance policy the insurance company may require this information if outside of an open enrollment period.
You may review or update the Personal Information we have collected about you at any time by contacting us. You will always remain in control of all of your personal information at all times.

For example, we provide your Personal Information to our parent company, Pollen Insurance Group LLC so that they can help you to find and apply for Medicare and health insurance. We may share this information with insurance carriers to apply for a policy on you or your family’s behalf. We may also share your information with other third parties to provide the same services so as to ensure that your questions are answered and so multiple options may be made available to you. We may be paid by such other third party for this information.
Since this Technical Information does not include Personal Information, we reserve the right to use and share this information with others. However, this information is primarily utilized to customize your experience on our Website, to improve the quality of the Web site, and to make the Site easier to use and more valuable to you.
We only sell, license, transmit or disclose Personal Information that you provide to us in the following circumstances:

- If we need to disclose such information to support your application to our health insurance contractors or agents or affiliates or third-party partners as described above; and

Your Choices About Collection and Use of Your Information
You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but that may result in you being unable to use certain features of our website because such information may be required in order for you to apply for or obtain products or services.
If you would like to delete the personal information that we have collected from you, please send your request via e-mail to webmaster@medigapcoverage.com We will process your request, where possible and subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Privacy Policy, within a reasonable period of time after receipt. However, federal and state regulations and/or the need to administer our relationships with other third parties may require that we store certain information for various periods of time. In order to comply with these requirements, we may be unable to delete your information from our database until the expiration of the applicable period. However, we will use reasonable commercial efforts to delete your personal information as soon as reasonably possible.
